Return Refund & Shipping Policy (Till w.e.f July 31)

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.  

  

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their Orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the Exchange and refund will be as follows:

 Return & Refund Policy  

We are not initiating the return or replacing until manufacturing defects, or the wrong product is delivered.  

Below are the steps, you have to follow to get a refund for your product. 

 Note: Kindly make opening video of the parcel to verify product defect and damage, wrong product delivery issue.

Step 1) Mail Us on: [email protected] 
Step 2) Mention Order No, Registered Mobile No, or Packaging slip image as a mail attachment. on additional attach product image or video about focusing product issue. 
Step 3) Once our support team will be satisfied with your concern, they will initiate the return process. (action should be taken 24 working hours)
Step 4) Customer has to return a product with original slip, original condition(unworn) of the product along with labels.  
Step 5) Once our return team received the product at their end and verify the package, they will initiate the refund process.  
Step 6) Mention your Payment Account details by mail. 
            We have two modes available for the refund
                  1) Account holder name, IFSC & Account number
                  2) UPI ID ( e.g abcde@oksbi )

Step 7 ) You will get a refund on the preferred method within 3 working days. 

Exchange Policy   

Note:  

  • i) As we told we are trying to deliver the best product to you, still if you are not satisfied ( Color, Size, Material, etc ) with our product, we can ensure exchange with another product which is similar or higher price with current product price (balanced price customer have to pay). 

  • ii)  Exchange is allowed only once. 

  • iii) Coupon is not applicable on exchange order.

Step 4) Customer have to dispatch product from their side and mail us delivery slip, tracking ID and tracking link.  

Step 5) Once our Exchange team received product. will dispatch exchanged product to customer.

Products and images

  • All products listed on this website are replica products and images used for reference purposes so the actual product may be slightly different from the pictures.  

  • Please note that size may be due to varying the model height and actual customer height.

General:  

Please note that there may be slight variations in the color of the item you receive as compared to the product picture on the website. While the actual color depends on fabric dyes and the weather, the colors seen on the monitor will change according to the resolutions, camera and settings. Hence, the slight difference.  

Minor Dark Spots:
A minor dark spot is casual due to the manufacturing process Which is easily removable after the first was..

Cut Work:
Cut work is common in Organza Sarees and cut work Products like dupatta on salwar edges.

Embroidery:  

Embroidery, Patch work and Thread work may have slight irregularities. It adds to the unique charm of this exquisite piece. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion 

Woven:  

Missing yarn, slubs and uneven yarn contrasts are general phenomenon in woven products, this is natural outcome and inherent characteristics of weaving procedure which makes it style peculiar.  

Hand Prints:  

Hand Printed articles have their own minor imperfections, and that’s what sets them apart and makes them unique. The traditional dyeing and printing process may result in slight color bleeding at the first wash. Since these are not machine printed, there is a certain rawness in the designs that add to the beauty of your ordered outfit.  

Woven Motifs:  

Design may have slight variation.  

Beads & Sequins:  

While our crafts persons and tailors create every attire with the utmost diligence, the ones with beads and sequins are always the most daunting. Beads and sequins have a tendency to fall off the fabric, even with the best of handling. Losing a few beads or sequins does not affect the overall look of the attire, and cannot be noticed even under scrutiny. So don’t worry and shine away! 

Order / Delivery  Return Dispute :

We are trying to deliver the best product to the customer, still, if you are displeased with products. still, the customer wants to return the order/parcel in this condition we refund the after deduction of the courier charges. Charges are applicable as below.
 
a) 250/- rupees would be deducted from the Order amount, 250/- Rs includes ( Processing Charges + Pickup charges ) , If the amount is less than or equal to 1200/-
 

b) 280/- rupees would be deducted from the Order amount,280/- Rs includes ( Processing Charges + Pickup charges ), If the amount is greater 1200 than less than or equal to 1500/-

c)  350/- rupees would be deducted from the Order amount,350/- Rs includes ( Processing Charges + Pickup charges ) If the amount is greater than 1500 or less than or equal to 2300/-  

d)  450/- rupees would be deducted from the Order amount,450/- Rs includes ( Processing Charges + Pickup charges ) If the amount is greater than 2300 or less than or equal to 3000 /-  

e)  More than 3000 /- Rs product are not refundable in any condition.  

Note : 

  1. Delivery and pickup charges are very due to product weight. 
  2. All the products are subjected to single quantity order ,if there are more than quantity in single order its should be multiplied by order product quantity. 

Shipping Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until the product was shipped. You will get full payment on COD and Prepaid orders from the original payment of the source. if the product was shipped (customer have to pay courier cancelation charge 250 RS)
No order should be processed without a confirmation call. All orders punched by customers will get confirmation calls within 24 working hours, Customers can ask for more information from our confirmation executive regarding the product even they can demand real images or more images about the ordered product. whatever availability of images will be provided to the customer.
Our executive is trying best to reach you as soon as possible to customer to confirm call on provided number in the orders, if the number is not reachable or not picked by more than 3 times order should consider as canceled.
How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment :-
  • If you have paid for the order using a bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date of by pinksaree , after the products clear the Q.C process.
  • If you have chosen the wallet option for the order, then the amount gets refunded as a credit note in the mail within 3 business days from the date of product clearing Q.C at our Warehouses.
  • If you have paid for the order using the Cash on Delivery option, then the requisite amounts shall be refunded as Bank Account or UPI whatever option is chosen by you within 3 business day from the date the Product has cleared the Q.C at our Warehouse. Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account or UPI you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible incase wrong information has been provided to it.
